DockerInfrastructure

A way of shipping software in a sealed box. A Dockerfile is a short list of steps saying what goes into the box, and what comes out behaves identically on your laptop, in continuous integration and on the server. That kills the classic 'works on my machine' problem, where the app only runs because of something the developer happened to have installed. Compose then ties several of these boxes together for work on your own machine.
