A utility-first CSS framework. Instead of writing custom classes, you compose styling from small single-purpose utilities directly in markup — flex, gap-4, text-zinc-400 — which is why markup and design stay in one place. Design tokens live in the theme config and expand into variants and responsive prefixes, and arbitrary values cover the cases the scale does not have. A build step scans source files and emits only the CSS actually used.
