VitestTooling & Quality

A test framework built on Vite. It reuses Vite's transform pipeline and config, so tests run through the same module and alias resolution as the app instead of a parallel Jest setup, and it starts fast and stays fast in watch mode. It ships a compatible expect API, mocking via Vitest's own implementation, and coverage through V8.
